Jai Mahal Palace Hotel, Jaipur (Rajasthan - INDIA)

Once home to the Prime Minster of Jaipur, Jai Mahal Palace has a historical tag attached to it. Located in the heart of Jaipur, Jai Mahal Palace was renovated by the Taj Group of hotels, retaining the old architecture style and Mughal gardens as an important component. The palace is more than two centuries old and its original building is believed to be built in 1745. Jai Mahal Palace is about 14 kilometres from the airport and three kilometres from the railway station. The hotel is close to the main shopping centre and is located in the Civil Lines.

The well-laid Mughal gardens that spread over three levels in the Jai Mahal Palace hotel make the first impression on a guest. Jai Mahal Palace is spread over an area of 18 acres and has 102 elegantly appointed rooms. The hotel has 70 standard rooms, 27 large rooms and five suites. The rooms are well equipped with all modern day amenities that include 24-hour room service, travel assistance, express laundry and doctor on call.

Located at the first floor, the Topaz Suite, Crystal Suite, Jaipur Suite, Peacock Suite and the Gangaur Suite are elegantly decorated and overlook the beautiful gardens. Virtually every room at the hotel offers guests a wonderful view of the Mughal gardens or the poolside lawns.

Dining options include Hawa Mahal, Gulabh Mahal and Phulwari. Hawa Mahal, the garden café serves coffee, tea and snacks while Gulab Mahal with a royal ambience is popular for Indian, Chinese and the Continental cuisine. Phulwari offers open air dining experience from October to June in the Mughal Gardens. Elegantly done in Shekawati-style paintings, Rang Mahal is the bar that serves some of the finest spirits.
